At Goodword Books, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your items do not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Goodword Books account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
